| We never knew if Boss was allowed on furniture in his prior home, but whether due to that or his arthritis,
Boss never tried or even gave the slightest indication he wanted to be on the couch or bed. So, we had orthopedic beds in every room of the
house. Why every room? Because while Boss was not a cuddle-bug, he absolutely had to be with his humans. If he found himself in a room by
himself, he would search until he found one of us and would settle in the room we were in. But he didn't suffer from separation anxiety. If
both of us were gone, he'd settle on the rug in front of the door through which we left. |
